Starting the Business

From day one of starting this business, I've loved every single second of it. The most exciting part of this job is the smiles I make on every customer's face. Making customers happy and excited to have their car valeted is probably the best feeling ever! The way I got into this job was hard because all that I was thinking was to open a restaurant or a café. This was because I completed a Level 2 & 3 professional cookery course as I loved cooking and still do.

A couple of years ago, I started a graphic design business where I really didn't get enough customers to keep going, so I decided to quit that.  And then car detailing and valeting came into my head, so I decided to follow my gut and take this opportunity and here we are, a fully insured business. Loving this job and I hope I continue this adventure and make my customers happy and excited!

Costs/Pricing

I try to keep costs down as much as I can so that my customers are happy about what they are getting. The more expensive a service is, the more effort is put into the vehicle. Also, on the more expensive services, you get more out of them and in the long run save you a lot of money.

Products

The products we use are some of the best on the market. From matt black trims and bumpers all the way to the interior shine! We use Auto Gylm products. Most of the time, it's the person who is cleaning the car that needs to know what you're doing to detail/valet the car, but the other 50% is from high quality products. The set of products I have makes every inch of your car gleam.
